Vergas Active Christian Teens

The Vergas Active Christian Teens is open to all teens in the parish.  We meet the first Wednesday of each month for Bible Study, planning and activities. Hang-time, a more informal gathering, is for all confirmned teens that just want to get together.  We do this on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8pm.  There are many things going on, at all times and the ACT newsletter comes out each month to update the families so please let the office know if you are not receiving your ACT newsletter.

Pastor

Sam.

The Roadside from St Paul's to the Vergas Village Cemetery are cleaned and picked up! Thanks to our young people who took the time to do this!

Tree Planting. The ACT was giving 8 apple trees, courtesy of agiftfromgod.info.  These trees were planted at St John's Cemetery and on the grounds at St Paul's.  The idea is to have the kids plant and care for the trees.  Once they begin to bear fruit, all that is harvested will go to the local food shelf.

The Annual Trap Shoot at the Hanson Farm was another success!  The Lord gave us a beautiful afternoon and the evening bonfire was even better!  All skill levels were displayed, with a fun competition making it interesting!
